Rhoades, Bulgarina Wall. La Gaia Collection

The blog is focused on italian contemporary art collectors: an incredible and fascinating journey through their important and inspiring personalities. We will discover houses, foundations, galleries and museums, grown out of private entities. We will examine their interests, their lifes and their way to collect.

All started when I visited an important private collection, La Gaia Collection (Bruna and Matteo Viglietta). In this blog, we will discover how a lot of works of art are located in private contexts, out of the tradional art networks. The Contemporary Art Collectors, both in Italy and in the world, change and define Contemporary Art.
